We are a small organisation delivering bespoke programmes for Commissioners, Leaders and Managers.We provide the Level 5 Certificate in Commissioning for wellbeing and short or bespoke commissioner training sessions developing themes of the Commissioning certificate, moving from knowledge to practical application in the workplace. Workforce planning a 6 session programme on practical workforce planning for provider organisations based on the Skills for Care toolkit.. Our moving and assisting courses are aimed at supporting those working with people with very complex needs and are bespoke to the organisation or individual. Co-production is at the heart of our programmes we work with customers, learners, people who use services and carers to deliver informed, relevant, engaging learning programmes. We are currently focussing on delivery of the level 5 qualification and other commissioning short courses as the most effective way to create change in Adult Social Care
