The Independent Living Group (ILG) are committed to providing clear guidance to support Direct Payment recipients employing PAs. We do this by providing workshops for individual employers, the organisations who support them and the Local Authority's and CCG's who provide their funding. We aim to ensure Direct Payment recipients are supported to be confident employers.
